The purpose of the Memorandum is to exchange information and experience within the respective functions and powers of the parties, to carry out scientific, practical and educational activities in the field of information and education, to promote social cohesion, sustainable development and innovation.
The subject of the Memorandum is the joint activities of the Parties to achieve the purpose of the Memorandum, which will be carried out in the form of preparation and implementation of joint events, projects and programmes, creation of spaces for dialogue, professional communication, work of young people, university students, scientists and practitioners to promote media literacy, information about Ukraine, and professional training of journalism students and aspiring journalists for work under martial law.
Therefore, the parties have identified short and long-term goals to achieve the project objective, including information partnership, exchange of experience in project implementation, creation and implementation of joint projects.
